Cancellation Policy
All payments and/or cancellations must be made by Dec 15, 2024 at 11:59PM. Any cancellations after this time or no-shows are non-refundable. Cancellations can only be made by contacting theheelscollective@gmail.com (you can reply to your booking e-mail). Payment details must be provided upon booking. If you choose to e-transfer (enter coupon code ETRANSFER), you will still be required to enter your payment info in case of late payment, cancellation, or no show. The payment method you provide will be charged if you have not paid by the above listed date/time. If you choose to pay online, you will be asked for your payment info twice. Rest assured you will only be charged once. Any dietary restrictions must also be provided upon booking. We cannot guarantee any modifications to the menu after Dec 14, 2024 at 11:59PM.
